Modelers

Process Modeler

The flow modeler from the site as a desktop file: staffing, throughput, and bottlenecks for any multi-step process, offline.

Best for: Staffing and throughput for one multi-step flow, such as a line, a pick, pack and ship flow, or a repair process: who goes where, what the bottleneck is, what output you get.

Model: the constraint, output per day, and line health by step.

Features

What It Does

Model a multi-step, multi-stream process, such as a production line, a pick, pack and ship flow, a repair flow, or an order or claims process: cycle times, OEE factors, yield, variation, and headcount by team. See the bottleneck, balance staffing, and compare scenarios. Runs from one file on your machine and saves models to files you control.

Flow map

Streams, steps, and split or merge flows, with the constraint flagged.

Staffing

Auto-assign and balance headcount by team, then lock the steps you set by hand.

Capacity math

Cycle time, availability, performance, yield, and variation drive output per step.

Scenarios

Snapshot a plan, change it, and compare staff and output side by side.

Schedule and simulate

Time-phased schedule grid and run-over-time views.

Save to files

Models save as .spflow files. Production unit and labor rate ride in the file.

Fully offline

No account, no internet, nothing uploaded.
