Questions
What happens to my files if I cancel?
Your saved files are yours and stay on your computer. Tools downloaded on a plan keep working to the end of the paid period plus 14 days, then lock. Files open again in any licensed or plan copy.
Do the tools need internet?
No. Every tool runs offline from one file. Download a fresh copy from your account to pick up updates.
Can I change plans?
Yes, from your account. Upgrades take effect right away; Stripe prorates the difference.
Team or site use?
Plans are per person. For a team or a site, see team licenses.
