    Fixes to capacity, pace and rebalancing so every tab gives the same answer.

    What's New

    • A wait on a station over the pace gets its own note: remove the wait, since moving it does not help.

    What Changed

    • Capacity rounds down, never up: 106.6 a day reads 106.
    • Rebalancing never moves a waiting element. It stays at its station and takes its time out of that station.
    • When Quick's totals come from the stations in Design, Quick judges the stations as built, as Design does.
    • One pace on every tab, with downtime taken out.
